The base notetaking pricing is attractive on its own, and the conversation intelligence, revenue intelligence, scheduling, and lead routing add-ons each make sense individually. Stacked together, the seat cost starts approaching the Gong equivalent it was meant to replace. Teams should decide which modules they actually need before signing, and resist the temptation to add revenue intelligence simply because it is available at a discount. During our test our reference RevOps partner turned off the revenue intelligence module after the first month because the forecasting signal was adding noise rather than accuracy, and the platform was more useful without it. The tools worth committing to

The honest verdict on this category is that vendor positioning is louder than vendor capability. Gong remains the strongest general-purpose platform and charges accordingly. Clari Copilot and Spiky deliver most of what matters at a fraction of the seat cost if real-time coaching is the job to be done. Avoma is the right pick for teams that want one contract instead of four. Consensus and Storylane are not coaching platforms at all in the conversation-intelligence sense, and they are on this list because the buyers we tested with kept asking which demo automation tools the coaching vendors would never recommend.

Pick the job before you pick the product. Run two finalists against a single week of your real pipeline, measure whether coaching output actually reaches the rep it is meant for, and trust the platform that changes rep behavior by Friday. A tool that does not earn its first adoption cycle rarely earns a second.
